These terms govern discovery, booking and communication on Sookul.

ETS SOOKUL connects learners and teachers and provides booking, payment and learning tools. Course details and teacher identity appear on the profile and offer. Sookul’s business registration is not an academic accreditation.
Account holders must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. For a minor, a parent or legal guardian creates and manages a parent account, makes bookings and supervises communication. Do not publish a child’s contact details or identity documents.
Check the subject, duration, format, time zone and total amount before confirming. Amounts are displayed in XAF (CFA francs). Currency conversion or bank charges may apply under your banking agreement. Payments are confirmed after verification with the provider.
Review each offer’s price and the cancellation terms before booking. Commission rates are set out on the Pricing page. A trial lesson is free only if the offer explicitly says so.
You can explore any subject without changing your personal goal. Your chosen filters determine results. Recommended ranking balances ratings and review counts, observed responsiveness and discovery of new profiles. It is neither a guarantee of results nor an official certification.
Respect schedules, other users and their rights. Fraud, harassment, unlawful content and impersonation are prohibited. Support may restrict an account or remove content after review, or urgently when immediate protection is needed. You may request reasons and challenge the decision with support.
First contact support with the booking or payment reference. Mandatory rights applicable in your country, including consumer, withdrawal and data-protection rights, remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
