The active commercial policy sets the free-cancellation deadline and the refundable percentage after that deadline. Check the estimate in your booking before confirming cancellation. Mandatory legal rights may provide additional refund options.
If the teacher cancels, the booking amount paid on Sookul is fully refundable. Processing can be tracked in your account. Banking or Mobile Money processing may cause a delay between refund approval and receipt of funds.
Rescheduling requires an available slot and the agreement required by the booking process. For absence, technical issues or a disputed lesson, contact support with the lesson reference and relevant information. The case is reviewed before a decision; learning outcomes are not guaranteed.
If your contract carries a statutory withdrawal right, you may exercise it through support with a clear statement identifying your booking. For EU consumers where those rules apply, the period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the service contract. Booking a near-term lesson does not by itself waive that right.
